Every custom puppet begins with a clear direction.
You’ll submit a request and share the key details needed to shape the build before any work starts.

Including: Visual inspiration or reference images - Personality, Expression and Style - Intended Use - Any specific Features

Design and approval

Once your request is reviewed, the build is planned before any materials are used.
You’ll receive: A clear project outline - Estimated Timeline - Pricing and Optional Add-Ons - Puppet Order and Agreement

DEPOSIT & SCHEDULING

A non-refundable deposit secures your place in the build schedule and allows work to begin.
Custom puppets are created in limited slots and scheduled in the order deposits are received.

BUILD & PROGRESS UPDATES

As your puppet is built, progress photos and updates are shared at key milestones.
This allows you to: See the character take shape - Provide feedback as outlined in the agreement

Final artistic decisions are guided by the maker to ensure a cohesive, high-quality finished puppet.

COMPLETION & DELIVERY

Once the puppet is complete, final details are reviewed and approved.
At this stage: Remaining balance is paid - Finished puppet is carefully packaged and shipped

  • Minor revisions are included; major changes may affect cost or timing

  • Clients own the physical puppet
